  The blonde lady who works there is the most friendly person I have ever met. She is so bubbly and always happy to help with any request. She is the true role model for the best customer service.

  I was hoping the terrible customer service I received from this post office was just a once off, but when it happened again to myself and my husband today I knew that it is obviously embedded into the culture of the store.
  Older Australians are the first to have a crack about the younger generations but on both occasions in this store it is the two older Australians working here that have demonstrated atrocious customer service.
  Despite being a local post office to me, I will spend the extra time and go to Tuggerah, Mingara or Bateau Bay before I cop another rude, condescending, disrespectful earful from this store.

  ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL . My wife and I use the services of this small family operated Australia post outlet for dispatching of our daily postal items and with over 200 packages and Satchels being posted per day by us we need Quick & Accurate manifesting of our items @ Chittaway Bay postal outlet we get fantastic fast accurate Service each & every day coupled with the Wonderful staff attitude that always go out of their way to make us feel that we are important makes our daily trip to Chittaway Bay postal outlet more an outing to see friends than to simply just do our post ...Whether its our Postage needs or to purchase our office products or whether we need to re-new our passports or to have our documents signed by their JP its a Wonderful Australia post outlet to visit Thank-You to all the staff at Chittaway bay Post office from The team @ TGM Flags Australasia Long jetty.
